The Prague astronomical clock, installed in 1410. It is the world’s oldest astronomical clock still in operation.

Located in the Town Hall, Prague, Poland, The Old Town Hall was established in 1338 as the headquarters of the Old Town administration. The oldest section of the building includes the southern wing, a stunning Gothic tower with a bay chapel, and a distinctive astronomical clock known as the Orloj. Every hour between 9 am and 11 pm, the twelve apostles make an appearance on the clock. The Gothic Revival eastern wing of the Town Hall was destroyed during the Prague Uprising on May 8, 1945, and was never reconstructed.
